I feel the mh4u days were the best days for mh as a whole and personally its the goat mh, i think they went too far on the special moves and stuff after that game and the handheld situation didnt help.

I'm just tired on how it dominates oldgen discussion, epecially after 5th gen galvanized all oldgen discussion into being about how different it was. 4u is the quintessential "old" monster hunter game so its the only one brought up in those discussions. 4000 ingame hours + many spent on youtube for 4U has left me wanting something else. Thats why I appreciate the MHGU video here.
This guy was very tricky for me with a lot of weapons. It's like one small mistake and you're screwed with slower weapons. Also recall liking its high-rank moveset/combo's a little better but don't remember why lol
This game is so ridiculously pretty. It's a joy to watch you smash monsters in it with your skills.

its emulated, lynn is not playing on switch
you can still get 60fps, on modded switch btw. definitely worth it, if you have an old enough switch, considering how easy it is nowadays.
