There was once, and that was PortAdventura in Spain, but Universal sold their stake in that park in 2005. However, Woody and Winnie Woodpecker remain as the mascots, so I guess the company who owns the park still licenses the characters.
He got a new character Pokémon in Japan, Universal Studios Pendleton, super Nintendo world. They said they’re going to build it in last week.
I've noticed that for the Minions merch, most of it focuses on Bob with Kevin occasionally showing up.
