Safe travels. The fluff was beautiful and the yarns were gorgeous. I think the German yarn might be sport weight which is becoming my favorite weight merino yarn.

Big facepalm moment on yarn shops that are of the “Ooooh, WE’RE KnITTeRs!” variety. I might primarily be a knitter, but crochet can be pretty darn challenging. It can be artistic, gorgeous, and absolutely worth the effort and time.
Knitting snobs don’t deserve customers.
The things you got are absolutely beautiful. I wish I could go to Huntsville, Alabama, and buy myself some things from that shop.
The only one shot by I have in my town is the same way. Very bougie I was very uncomfortable the only time I ever went in. And all they had was Queensland yarn. I know there's other yarn than that.
