Hello ma'am. I have PCOD. And my menstrual cycle is not regular. It is like 40-50 days cycle. Am working on a regular rotational night shifts. My sleep pattern and food patterns are not normal. It gets vary every two months. Now we are planning for a pregnancy. Does my work pattern and life style affect my chances of getting pregnant?
