Hi. In this video series, we'll show you the detailed construction of a small home. All construction will be carried out as simply and economically as possible in order to keep within the minimum budget.
We are building this house for our elderly parents. The total area of the house is 640 square feet and the exterior dimensions are 18 by 22 feet.

This door is a masterpiece
C'est un très beau travail, mais au niveau de l'isolation de la porte, il y a un petit problème. Je t'explique : Pour une isolation maximale, il faut que le froid reste dehors, on est d'accord ? Donc lorsque tu places ton isolant contre tes plaques de bois, en réalité tu crée un pont pour le froid. Par contre si pour la partie extérieur de ta porte, donc façade de dehors, tu laisses un espace vide de un ou deux centimètres entre l'isolant et le bois, l froid ne passera pas du tout au travers de la porte. C'est ce qu'on appelle l'effet thermos. Ce n'est n'est pas une critique, mais un conseille, l'isolation la meilleure se fait aussi avec une petite poche d'air pour éviter les ponts thermiques. Сделайте пожалуйста обзор этого дома сейчас. Есть ли какие то недочёты? Очень интересно посмотреть.
Тоже самое писал им и раньше, почему то не ответили. Весь проект этого дома смотрел с самого начала, а вот как выглядит сейчас к сожалению не знаю. А очень бы хотелось узнать что в итоге, есть ли какие проблемы, чтобы сейчас сделали по другому. Жаль но ребята молчат.

@@un-clouded Да я об этом давно знаю, и строительство этого дома смотрел с самого начала и до конца. Но на вопросы там они не отвечают. Потому думал что хоть здесь ответят, но и тут глухо. А жаль ребята вроде адекватные, рукастые, всё делают хорошо, ну кроме ответов.

That door will loose it's sqare shape after sometime. You need to install flat metal diagonal bar inside of it, to avoid this.
I don't believe so, what with all the individual pieces that have double sets of screws on each end. They'll limit racking.
