I need an extended deep plane face & neck lift or HighSMAS and I also need a mid-face lift. Another Dr suggested the mid-face lift via intraorbital fixation. Do u do this? Can you also do transposition of the Buccal fat pad. Moving it to use the fat rather than removing it?
so this is an extended deep plane lift where you release all 4 ligaments; zygamatic, masseteric, mandibular, & cervical, yes? Do u also release the orbitomalar ligament? &/Or move the orbital occuli muscle?
