    The best sites at Stephen C Foster are 17 and 21.

      Wandering Weekends really appreciate your informative videos! Would you be able to fit your 2800bh on these sites? The reservation site says max 25’. The only sites they have available for 30+’ are pull through sites. Any insight would be appreciated. We’re debating between the 21bhs (24’11”) and the 2400bh (28’11”) - as soon as I convince myself we need to go longer with our two kids, I look at campgrounds like this where 25’ would give us SO many more options. Thanks for your advice.

    Great review & info! We are heading to Georgia - we have the next week or so planned, but this campground was a possibility after that - looks good!

    Love how you explain if the campground kid friendly or not. Thanks!

      TLeacher of course! Our babies are the #1 reason we’re out there 😊

    I’m glad to have found your channel and appreciate your reviews. They are helpful in knowing what to expect. Glad to hear in particular about the difference in the privacy at this campground. It would be great to be able to see how some of the individual campsites look there. We’ve learned the hard way that a state park website picture of a campsite is not representative of all of the sites. When we visit a park we’ve started taking note of the sites we prefer. Happy camping!

    Keep meaning to mention I love that you use this method for rating campgrounds and that you rate them - it is half the reason we dug into CZcams when we started camping.
    Provided we credit and link you guys, would your noses get out of joint if we adopted your scoring system but personalized it with our look & feel?

      BonneFires Absolutely not! The more the merrier. There is plenty of CZcams to go around for everyone! 😊😊

    I have a Question. I was born and raised here in Georgia and looking to RV. Would a 25 to 30 ft travel trailer work for a Georgia state park or do i need to think smaller. Oh I'm a single 52 year old male.

    • @WanderingWeekends
      @WanderingWeekends  Před 5 lety

      Wade we’re 32ft and have been glad we didn’t go larger. We actually decided against larger RV’s because we knew it would limit site availability in state parks. So far so good. I think a 25ft trailer would be plenty for one. Happy camping!
