That’s such a great advice!! I’ve noticed how different I perceive new clothing after I do my hair and makeup. Or in general when I feel down I’ve noticed taking a shower and doing everything I can do to feel good exercise, painting my nails, doing my makeup, hair, etc just instantly makes me feel so good.

Omg i thought you were like 5'7 lol i know I'm technically petite but i have a longer torso plus baby weight so its annoying finding long enough tops in petite sizing and everything now being cropped.
You look great, Melissa - love your positive vibes :) Though, just politely pointing out to yourself and all women, that it’s far more empowering/ less infantilising/ factually correct to refer to our grown-ass adult female selves as ‘woman’ / ‘women’, as opposed to just ‘girl/ girlie’ - there is a big difference…

According to google, petite sizes are for anyone under 5’4” regardless of size so I don’t understand this comment? Petite = short, I am short and usually the smallest size in most brands 🤷🏻♀️
