This was a city project and they had their own plans on how to manage the water quality. But in general, we would recommend getting the water moving with pumps, waterfalls and fountains. From there, you could add filtration systems, bog filters etc.
Generally we will send just one trained tech to do the heat welding. We then require the owners of the project to supply a number of general laborers to help unroll and pull the liners into place. The installation price is generally a day rate plus travel expenses for the tech.
