- Imagine my surprise when I came across this vegan California roll on my grocery store run! I had to do this review of @konsciousfoods vegan sushi.

I liked it but after i heat it up 😆 since the rice is too hard and fell apart. My Japanese mom was horrified after trying it. She said it was better after heating it, but then it’s not really ‘sushi.’ Maybe it would be better with infused sushi stickier rice. If I eat it as more as warned to Asian bowl bites then it’s pretty good so I’m looking forward to trying their poke bowl.
The rice was so hard lol. If you try the poke bowl, please let me know how it turns out. I’m still on the fence about it.

In my opinion, I think you opted for the best method before eating it! I can't see microwaving Sushi, however, that's me!
