Ingredients - Moong ke Mogar ki Puri
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Ajwain - ¼ tsp
Cumin - ¼ + ½ tsp
Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
Salt - ¼ + ½ tsp
Red Chilli powder - ¼ + ½ tsp
Edible oil - 2 table spoon + to deep fry
Split Mung Beans - ½ cup
Green Chilli - 1, chopped
Ginger powder - ¼ tsp
Asafoetida - ¼ tsp
Coriander seeds (semi-ground) - ½ tsp
Onion (medium size) - 1, finely chopped
Coriander leaves (chopped) - ½ cup

आटा - १ कप​
अजवाइन - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
जीरा - १/४ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
हल्दी पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
नमक - १/४ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
लाल मिर्च पाउडर - १/४ + १/२ छोटा चम्मच​
खाद्य तेल - २ चम्मच​ + तलने अनुसार
मूंग का मोगर - १/२ कप
हरी मिर्च - १, कटी हुई
अदरक पाउडर - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
हींग - १/४ छोटा चम्मच​
धनिया(दरदरा पीसा हुआ)-१/२ छोटा चम्मच​
प्याज (मध्यम आकार)-१,बारीक कटा हुआ
हरा धनिया (कटा हुआ) - १/२ कप​
