Understanding D24 Texture

This video I detailed the various textures that can be found in D24. D24 is an extremely difficult fruit to get 100% right!
Oftentimes, there will be a seed or 2 within a durian that will be unripe or semi-ripe. In such cases, we'll usually do a seed for seed replacement for the customers.

these 4 shall be all rejected. Can't compare to frsh one, drop in the morning and taste it before noon. Understand when reach SG at least already after 12 hours, unlikely to have a perfect texture one.
