Honestly, haven’t eaten cabbage in a while but I may have to run out and buy one...wait, was that a piece of codfish that jumped overboard at 8:50?. Oh no ma’am, please pause and add that back to the pot 😋 . Premium codfish dish here.
Peel and wash the garlic .... dry garlic using any cloth or tissue paper... while grinding don’t add any water to grind... instead add some cooking oil and salt to grind... it ll last for 2 to 3 months... hope it helps

Indian people make this same dish and call it fried cabbage with fried roti. They sometimes add tomatoes to the cabbage. The only difference is you call it fried bake!!
