If you dont have a ticket to watch or not a resident in the area near a stadium for a game you are not allowed to be in that vecinity. You need a QR code to pass or cross that area, if you dont have any business or things to do in that area even you applied for a QR code you will get denied.

In my country called Ghana 🇬🇭, if you can afford it, you're 100% assured to receive your essential services, like medical care, rent, etc, regardless of your nationality.

I have seen people peeing behind unesco heritage buildings in pari. Why would any sane person do that .... one problem is that you have to pay to use washroom in mostly all european cities plus there is lack of public toilets. Secondly poors are everywhere moved away when some big events happens. No one want to show bad side of the city as Berlin would do the same. They are many parts in berlin that looks like sub Sahara. No need to fingerprint a particular city and be Schadenfreude
