    Lovely recipe Renu. I make buckwheat pancakes but a bit thicker. I like this thin version. This chila can be served with farali bateta sabji. I'll try this recipe out for next Ekadashi.

    I have tried cheela / pancakes with buckwheat flour but never after soaking grains. But this also seems like a good option.

      Yes, it comes out much better than the flour version, and it is always good to use grains than flour.
