    I love buckwheat - my wifes gluten free and it is a brilliant (pseudo)-grain, although it's GF it is a bit sticky so very useful - a previous recipe I've used had some cooked potato in the dough and was flavoured with Ajwain

    I am not gluten free or the likes but I am Polish and I love buckwheat and use it for most recipes that call for flour ( Pancakes waffles banana breads muffins etc) I am looking forward to add this to my list of buckwheat recipes, thanks for providing use with yet another use for Buckwheat flour

    Please do a detailed video on Lauki juice. How to pick Lauki, the dose, when to take it etc. I have read some crazy stories about people dying from bitter lauki juice. I'm scared to give it a go. 🙊

      +Yojana Tambe sorry to correct you, but singhada atta is known as water-chestnut flour and kuttu ka atta is buckwheat flour...both are different. thanks for being here.

      +rohini anant I personally do not favour intermittent fasting.... I mostly prefer our traditional foods and they are low cost, easily available too. hope you understand that for a healthy lifestyle we need to incorporate these foods.

      Hi, Intermittent fasting is nothing to do with the cost factor. It's a eating pattern with benifical overall health. It has immense Benefits. Once you are used to you can totally get rid of extra weight, thyroid, sugar problem or so. Pls do watch Dr. Berg video's to understand the concept in correct way, thanks

    I made one with 1/4 and my friend ate it from the pan....was great but did not puff as much as yours. He asked me to make more so i did 1 cup but the dough was too wet to roll....so i had to add more flour. These puffed only a little and went hard after cooling. Was it too much flour? I pt actea towel over them but they still went to hard to roll. I tried other recipues befor yours and they were worse but called for way less water and just said warm water. I am read to give up thx!

      +Sheela 15 I think I have shown in one of my video....just wrap in cotton cloth and keep in an airtight dabbha and store in fridge....when using, keep it at room temp for 5-10 mins and heat it on tawa...DO NOT PUT ON THE GAS FLAME, use iron tawa. hope this helps.

      buckwheat is not a grain, it is a seed grain....like quinoa, it is not related to wheat and is gluten free. Its one of the ancient grains used in India from a long time. Hope this helps.

      +Vaishali Vasa no dear, it is not bajra.... its a seed grain like quinoa known as buckwheat flour. I will try to share how the flour looks more clearly in my next video with kuttu atta. hope it will help :)
