„You can do whatever you want, really. Don’t let bastards get you down.“ I really needed that today.
pro tip: you can watch movies on Flixzone. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies lately.
@Kyson Dawson Definitely, I've been watching on Flixzone for since november myself :D
@Kyson Dawson Definitely, I've been using flixzone for since november myself :D
@Kyson Dawson Definitely, I have been using flixzone for since december myself :)
Love the bed cave. It feels like a permanent blanket fort...very magical, playful, and beautiful.
it just amazes me what some people are choosing to do with their lives removing themselves from the mainstream idea of living and inventing their own existence in the most beautiful and freeing way....this is really inspirational thanks for posting :)
The bible speaks of a time when you would not be able to buy or sell, just like in the time of Joseph when the money failed. This time according to Bible prophecy is soon to come upon us, first we must be spiritually ready by repenting of our sins. Isa 1:18 and surrendering all to Jesus Christ, secondly try to live where we can plant our own food and live off the land.
Intelligence degrades when we unplug though. Yin and yang here.
@@cas7595 Well no it doesn't. Being stressed about how you'll be able to pay bills and afford the cost of living does that. Becoming independent like this requires a variety of knowledge and skills.
James Roscoe yes, well said.

3:20 - More moonwalking chickens, please!!!
omg yess
The best laugh I've had in a while. Thanks for pointing it out! :D

probably reversed footage😂😂😂
😂
“Don’t let bastards get you down”, LOL! Love her attitude and her vision/creativity! Beautiful houses! So inspiring!
Every Video made about my country Morocco makes me prouder of my identity , everyone is welcome , come and have a cup of tea and some kouskous
Some innocent backpacker girls were just recently brutally murdered there and as a girl i'm also afraid of going there, when thinking of the sexist laws i've heard about from people I know who's been visiting the country.. The fact that you can bribe the police makes the country dangerous enough to me :/
Not that I think there are no kind souls there- I guess most morrocans would offer tea over rape and murder 😅 It just seems there are so many criminals, when even some of the police are :/
Can you perhaps tell me some bright stories from Morocco that could make me a little less scared of your beloved country? 😁
@@1Pineapple All right , I am delighted to hear from you and that you're interested in visiting my country , let me start addressing the issue of the two innocent Swedish girls , they both went alone to climb one of the most dangerous mountains in the region , it's not a busy spot and it is regarded as a residing place for homeless , drug addicts , and criminals , every country has similar problems LOL , but really it's all about you , if you're good and seek to have a good time and pay close attention to your surroundings you will come back many times for another visit . I will speak about my family , well My Mother's uncle owns a farm at the East of morocco , here is a map www.mapsdumaroc.com/plan-5887-beni-tadjit.html
him and his wife have hosted many tourists from Germany , France , and USA , Their son YASSINE LAAG facebook.com/yassine.laag , is studying Mechanical engineering at Fachhochschule Kiel university in Germany , and he sometimes brings friends with him , they spend a good time climbing the magnificent mountains around the region , they play guitar , and cook outside , and under the bright stars they have a good meal and laugh with my Aunt , then they sleep under the stars on the sound of crickets and dogs' barkings hhhh
@@1Pineapple I always recommend going to a family's house you get to ask questions about cultures and see a display of it , you also experience the amazing food they make , you hang out , and visit any place you like with their company and you suddenly become a family member , I personally dislike hotels , I currently Live in Tangier and study here , here is my Facebook Accounts : facebook.com/profile.php?id=100009980649379 if you need any assistance , It would be my pleasure to help .
@@1Pineapple Many things Morocco is famous of , one of which is its population of Jews , Before the founding of Israel in 1948, there were about 250,000 to 350,000 Jews in the country, which gave Morocco the largest Jewish community in the Muslim World , also the Christians have churches here , and every Sunday I hear the bells ring , Morocco is also famous of its diverse Ethnic groups , you got Arabs , (Amazigh Berber ) , Jews , Europeans , ( Gnawa : Senegal, Mauritania, Burkina Faso, Gambia, and Mali ), lastly Sub-Saharan Africans , Overall Morocco is safe for tourists , it's in fact the number one tourist spot in Africa , USA recommends it for its people .
@@noureddinemerradou2806 Please be honest. Jews were not treated as equal in Morocco either, plenty of pogroms killed jews there as well. today less than 2.000 live there.
"I just built this because I had an idea one morning" - What better way to build a house eh? ;D
I wish that there were more Lindseys in this world ! What a fantastic attitude and incredible vision ! Thank You Dylan and crew for finding another unique soul.
What a wonderful, beautiful, and creative mind! To see what one woman's mind created and with determination and volunteers etc: Wow! it's just phenomenal. What has been accomplished is a wonderful small community of "extended families " . I wish there are programs in schools everywhere teaching basic life skills like these. Thank you for sharing your experience and journey with us.
Thank you for your kind words
@@linseytaylorauad377 I would love to experience the wee village. 🤗
@lindsey taylor auad how do I volunteer, Madam?
I love how you feel more connected by staying connected. I agree with that philosophy.
This is the most beautiful artistic eco village with each unique unit. I want to live there ❤️💚🙋🏼 Immediate comfort as I'm watching.
You do such a wonderful job telling stories.
I love her ending statement LOL she's my kinda woman! hahaha...
By far my most favorite piece you've done. 💕💜💕💜 What a role model this beautiful woman is. Thanks so much for sharing this with me. 🙏👍😘
Thank you for your kind comment
6:47 - not sure why, but the tiny 'stonehenge-esque' structure of three bricks at the back of the frame lit my heart up with joy ! its just so cute !!
During our trip to Morocco we were able to stop by Assilah Eco Village and see what Lindsey's Project is all about. She has a great piece of land! What did you like about the project?
Dylan Magaster the art
Everything, she's very inspirational.
I loved everything about what she is creating. The yen yang house was my favorite of her spaces.
That the project flies in the face of everything women are programmed to fear ..and she accomplishes this in a relaxed and confident way. Inspirational!
All the houses look so great and I love the colorfull glass! This woman is such a creative spirit! By the way I saw in one of your videos that you intend to sail to Greece. Which cities do you plan to visit?
I like the chicken doing the moon walk at 3:23.
Wowie~Wow!! The BoatHouse was nice ,especially that door!! My favorite though was the last one with the gorgeous , red BedCave and the cozy, little ReadingNook with most unique light! It is wonderful to see someone actually building and living their dream! Thank you very much for sharing it!!;) Peace to All of Us!!💜💙💜
Thank you for your kind comments

🤣 “Don’t let bastards get you down” I totally agree..and thank you for putting it into words!! Also, what a fabulous place...Hoping I might be able to come visit sometime...😁
Oh wow that little red room looks so incredible!!
Well said statement at the end!! This woman has the right idea. Such a smart way of doing things and getting volunteers to come out and help with the builds. Wonderful setup, would love to see when she's built the Moroccan bath.
I heard you girl at the end......at 61 don’t let people get you down from creating, trust your instincts. 💗
im in awe of how amazing and beautiful this is
Thank you for the tour ♥ Sending love from Marrakech
It was so gratifying to see someone older with this kind of thoughtful innovative and creatively forward thinking fashioning this sustainable lifestyle. I am very interested in bein g a part of this type of eco-minded way of life but it always seemed like I saw nothing but young people doing it. I was frustrated because I didn't thing I belonged. This video changed my mind! We need more diversity in mindfulness lifestyles! Tyfs. ✌☮
Probably one of my favorite places so far
Thanks Travis :)
You’re welcome!
Its all amazing & so artistic! 🌞
Great stuff! I built my own cobhouse in Portugal. Building with mud seems to suit us females!
I agree! It is a joy and a blessing to build!
Veronica balfour paul Wow, we'd all love a tour💙
Beautiful! Well done! Do you mind me asking where in Portugal you decided to settle down? My partner & I are currently doing research on buying land in Portugal to renovate using cob/build a small farm to support ourselves. There seems to be so much to learn though, it is hard to know without being there on the ground!
As a team by myself I don't understand what that has to do with anything. Multiple people do this as both genders, especially the cultures from which they employed mudricks, in which construction was mostly done by males. Nowadays, your gender has nothing to do with it.
@@hannah5012 How are you guys getting on with that? My bf and I are doing the exact thing just now, also Portugal (he's Portuguese), also planning on building a cob house, ideally with some old stone house to renovate on the land. We want to make it as sustainable as possible. Anyways, it's just so nice to know there are other people out there thinking same thing! Good luck with your dream!
Don't let bastards get you down!!!! Oh how true, words to live by! Love what you build, just amazing!!!!
What a creative mind! Love it!
I love everything about this video! She is an amazing woman!

I want to come visit so bad & volunteer! She has such a cool set up!! I love the way she built everything! If I were there I'd be doing things around the yard to make it more cool! Thank you for sharing! Interior design is one of my favorite things to do and this is awesome! Let me know if I can volunteer!
Have a look at my workaway page Assilah Eco Village
Inspirational woman. A person who does not speak or complain about life. She changed it in drastic way and believed in her dreams🍀
The houses are very beautiful, very cozy. The countryside looks amazing. It reminds me when I visit Chefchawen back in 1992. It was so beautiful and peaceful that I wanted to stay there forever. Sadly I left and I haven't been back since :(

sorry brackets, kitten walked across the keyboard!
I love everything about this!
Fantastic home! 😍
Wow!
This person lived nearby me and I could live in there commune I would do it in a heartbeat and contribute to the commune grow food and help with taxes
I'm from Sheffield too! It's amazing seeing someone from our mundane, northern English existence doing something so beautiful and inspiring. This woman is absolutely amazing. Lets plan a trip all together! Haha
Hannah Ashe I have most of the equipment to. this is Neat. being a farmer girl I have grown to collect antique Garden equipment tools and I have a line on some rototillers. I am getting for free that are pretty old and hope to get them running soon but if I lived with her on her commune I could be the farmer I would build my own house to contribute to the build and set it up comfortably and I have a big field if there was one nearby with hay and a large Garden with a solar greenhouse on top of it Cows chickens pigs sheep goats
Hannah Ashe Goat can be harvested for the milk and meat. Sheep have a wall which can be made into clothing And also harvested for me at the end of their life cycle. Cows for beef and milk
Love her❤️ and I love her beautiful little village. I would love to live there.
Gorgeous homes
What an inspiring and interesting villa! 🌱🌟🎉 great job!
I love everything about this.
Power bueatiful and inspiring
William Pakkala, bueatiful!! You nailed it!!
Too much to take in at one viewing. It all looks so well built, well designed. I love that brick mold, and it is a hard worker.
This is so amazing, I want to check out that Facebook page, don't worry I remember the name.
Amazing village .. I wish I could have one house like this ...
Love the red room so beautiful, if all goes well my dream after so many years may come true
Inshallah!!!
So beautiful
Don't let bastards get you down, love it.
awe-inspiring
Don’t let bastards get you down! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 great advice!
I also like the mock-Latin '
Illegitimi non carborundum'!
Thank you
With that perfect surface I would not have gone White. I would have infused it with a soft orange, earthy tone. You can just see the way that interior glistens, such a nice wall surface.
Wow. This is it!
Beautiful
Inspiring.
so wonderful❤❤❤
What a visionary...
Brilliant!! Incredibly inspirational. I'm trying to figure out how to get around the soul-destroying housing regulations in Oz - but as she says, I won't let the bas####s get me down!
🌈🌄 All that's missing is a food forest🍴🌴🍄🍒🍠🍈! 😋
Love it!!! :3
Reminds me of the flitstones but you know....... I like it...
Where can I apply to become a volunteer?
That must be amazing!!
I organise volunteering through workaway. Take a look at my facebook page Assilah Eco Village for mor pics and up to date developments
Love it ❤❤❤❤❤
I want to be just like her when I grow up!
