I'm German American and I've been really getting in touch with my German roots. I've never been to Germany, but I do have plans to go there this year/next year (perhaps both if my future jobs plans go through!) I've known about Dirndls but also not really. I think this video...... is AMAZING!!! There's not many options to buy dirdls where I live, so online is primarily the only option. However, your video alone, I can see the clear difference between what I can buy online vs what you are showing. I should buy one in Germany and make sure it fits and it's not plastic-y or costume-y. As I said online shopping for a Dirndl is difficult but try these shops: Wirkes trachtenshop.de/, Limberry and Breuninger are my favorites online. The latter has an amazing dirndl collection from different brands in different price ranges (personally love the ones from Gottseidank). I hope you find your perfect drindl wedding dress!
