Cinque Terre may not be a secret hidden gem, but most be people rush thru this place in a day or maybe two. Snow and Curt decided to take thier time and really dive deep into each of the five towns. In their last video, they visited two of the five towns and in this video they tour through Corniglio and Vernazza! Come along for the journey!

I know I have commented to you before in South America, but I want to say again. Thank you for sharing your travels with me and many others. I am 71, been only out of the US to Canada and the Bahamas. never really had the desire; but I sure appreciate viewing your travels. I have family members who have been where you have been, but seeing through your eyes is wonderful! My husband and I used to have a motorhome that we even lived in for 4 or so years. It was a wonderful experience, so the same things you are experiencing we did too. Only here in the states. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for sharing and keep doing so!
Words cannot describe how much I appreciate your travels!💗❤️💕. The Beautiful history and landscape you share is breathtaking!!! Thank you so much for giving us the opportunity to see and hear about discoveries I will never experience in person!!!😢🥰💗❤️💕
Once again you’ve managed to insert the right music with the most beautiful scenery. You two could be travel guides!!! Great video and thank you both for taking us along.
The aerial views are stunning! Love your dialogue. What an amazing adventure!
My husband and I wait for another video to be available because it is the highlight of our week. We enjoy you both so much and so appreciate you taking us along with you in your adventures. Thank you. 🙏
The churches in Europe especially Italy are absolute works of art. I remember looking at David and also the Sistine Chappell and wondering just HOW did the artist manage to be so talented.!!
What beautiful towns and the history. The food must be incredible. Olives, citrus, locally sourced. Sooo beautiful are the colors of the buildings dotted alind and jetting out from the hill sides. Thanks for taking me along. Gorgeous!💛
Not a wonder why this was on Snow’s bucket list! What a unique and interesting place!! ❤ so amazing how they built these towns on the cliffs! 4:00 😮 I love the generational homes, close knit families- such a great tradition! I formerly worked for an Italian judge/lawyer. He was such a gem, the stories he told me of his grandfather and family immigrating here to the states were so inspirational and now I can see possibly why he was so family oriented
Cinque Terre (pronounced Ching-qwa Ter-ray) is so beautiful! We were blessed to go there with our son & daughter-in-law for our 30th anniversary in 2019! Vernazza was one of my favorites, and we planned on arriving in time to see the sunset from the southern sea wall. So gorgeous to sit there with a bottle of wine and watch the sun disappear into the sea! If you get back with your family, make sure you catch that.
Also, you showed our AirBnB in Riomaggiore where we stayed - it's the one directly across from the first (humble looking) church you showed there in the last video! We also had access to the rooftop patio with amazing views down the road to the sea! Beautiful!
Ciao!
The towns must look most beautiful when the skies are blue
Beautiful Italian towns & ocean views. Thank you so much for sharing Snow and Curt. ❤
Snow, there is something about Cinque Terre that makes you glow. You look so radiant and young! Whatever your secret is, keep doing it! And take exceptional care of your health. I look forward to many miles ahead!
I am reliving my time in Cinque Terre through you guys! Seeing the places I stayed, where I ate delicious food, everything! It was even worth it suffering a slight miniscus tear climbing the steps to Corniglia! Thanks for taking us along!
Like you, also reliving my time in this magnificent area. Brings back great memories.
Had to smile down at two world travelers trying to move their multiple oversized hard shell roller cases up narrow steep high vertical rise stairs and cobbled paths. We parked at top and took a few days of belongings for our stay in Rio de Maggiore. Epic.
I can't be the only one who imagines, wherever I go, what kind of people live in the houses, who are they, would we be friends...Whilst you were walking behind Snow, before you spoke of the history, I was wondering, 'how many other lovers, how many other parents and children walked those streets, living and dying and continuing life and all of that BEFORE America was on the radar of the Europeans.' Of course, just like I thought about Rio de Janeiro, I also wonder, how the heck do they get groceries? Those hills are nothing for the young, but for the rest of us that's a tough walk. They might as well import Sherpas and a couple of donkeys for me! Snow, you are doing fantastic navigating the land! Thank you, again. ( PS, With one look she said a thousand words, and I saw that look on Vanna in this video, when Curt ask if he could get in the van! ❤❤😊)
I am so enjoying our trek with you through Italy! A beautiful choice of music with your video as well. Very pleasurable! Snow don’t overdo your exertion..It’s wonderful of Curt not minding walking more while you ride. I have heart and health issues, and my husband has finally started to realize that he may have to do what I physically cannot anymore. ❤
Lovely as usual. Kurt I’m a tad concerned that I’ve noticed lately that you seem to be out of breath when speaking. I hope you a-ok. With all your walking/hiking I would imagine you’d be in tip top shape. Safe journey always.
Yes I noticed Kurt was out of breath also, but he may have just climbed some stairs. Hopefully all is well, lovely views! Beautiful churches.
Thanks for the Italian music! It really adds to setting the scene.
I've been so excited about you getting to Italy, because of how much detail you show and your appreciation for architecture and now you're there!!! I really loved this and the last episode, thank you so much!!! ❤
Curt: "It's just wow"
YES! Those were my words exactly when I travelled throughout Italy.
Beautiful Italy! Thank you for taking us with you to such a beautiful place.
Staying in Vernazza was handy for us. One day, we chatted up a young man with a boat down in the harbour, and he took us out to see the five towns from the water - definitely a good expenditure!
The red marble in the church altar is Porphyry, one of the very hard igneous rocks formed from volcanoes.
Those narrow streets, stairs, colorful buildings and views are amazing! 😮🥰
We did this on motorhome trip back in October. So different without the crowds!! We parked up above Riomaggiore - Easternmost (Southern?) town, walked down and then got a boat along to each of the towns. Some great views from the boat. Maybe it only runs in season?
What a beautiful quaint little town❤. Your music selection is just perfect for this destination
I love to tell family and friends, 'I've been there with Snow and Curt."❤
snow you have done soo well all those stairs go girl!!!
Just heavenly touring the towns with you, I am obsessed with the old doors and shutters! We are in Spain and I can’t wait to get loads of photos of doors in nearby Old Estepona! Fantastic video, appreciate all of the effort it takes while climbing! At least you get some yummy treats along the way, so much fun!💕🇨🇦
Loved the video, the music , all the beautiful scenery , and the company thanks again for the winter break for me lol, can’t wait for the next one 😊❤
Thank you!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks for the video. Beautiful villages. And perfect music to go with it.
I loved Italy!
Thank you again for taking us along! This was a lot of fun.
Years ago the train was referred to as the as the “milk-run” or milk train because it stopped frequently at each town. Thank you for bringing back so many lovely memories! We bought a jar of fresh pesto, a loaf of bread and a block of cheese, and ate it, while we made the hike, returning at the end of the day on the infamous milk train.
Now that's how u experience the local food!!
Snow curt, altho u wearing coats, the weather looks good..😊 In UK it wld probably be drizzling. 😅
What a wonderful way to start my saturday. I always look forward to waking up on Saturday mornings and watching you. And I waved at you snow down there waiting for Kurt to walk up and then back down. I enjoyed this so very much beautiful beautiful and there's Kurt waving us at the top of the tower. I so totally enjoy all of your videos but this one was very very special seeing how the Italy people live outside the populace areas that most tourists take. Snow I pray for you everyday for you for stamina in your heart. Be blessed my two very favorite Travelers.. I think I'm going to re-watch today it was so very interesting.
I'm waving back at ya!
The antiquity/ history of these towns just capture my heart, I almost feel as though I’m there with you. Loving every second of this ❤❤❤
Also so glad you get a chance to talk to some locals especially the older people , who know more of the history of these towns and country ❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
Safe travels
Susie from Michigan
Thank you. Beautiful
Good morning friends!!
The travel through these five little towns are just fascinating! Love the narrow streets - they are so beautiful - very picturesque- stunning enough to paint! So amazing!💕Jojo
How wonderful it all is! I am always so happy to tune in and find another leg on your journey has been posted. The music is spot on you guys, beautiful! It makes you become totally immersed in the culture of it all. I found these towns had a touch of old romance to them. And yes Curt, those homes instantly took me back to Columbia. Which has been my favorite place so far. But that might be because you were there for a bit. Ha! I just had a flashback of the young guy you befriended running around with you all over Medellin. And now this. It is all so wonderful. Thank you so much for sharing it all with us. ❤☮Pam.
When we were in Italy a few years ago, we visited Orvieto - high on top of a hill that we took a tram to the top. It too had a church that had the black stripes. Sooo interesting. Loving your European tour so far.........Love from London, ON 🇨🇦
Aaww thanx so much for sharing sooo beautiful love love love Italy
That white Cat Cat is internally yelling PAT ME!
To be exact it's yelling, I hopped on your lap now PAT ME YOU HUMAN, until I tire of it!
Snow always finds the best food. I agree with her on the no seafood 😄. That white kitty was beautiful 😍. And the music is so fitting for this video, makes us feel like we are really there also I also liked the little area you were exploring near the end with all the doors .
Hi Snow. I started watching you a few weeks ago because I like videos about traveling in Europe. I went back to watch your older videos and I see you had a health emergency in Argentina. Wow what a scare. you look so well now. Hope you continue to travel for many years ahead. I had a similar health scare in Dublin Ireland. It scared me so much. Also, I see you’re from Fla. I live in St John’s County in Fla. Hi Curt! you do a great job giving the history of the places you visit. ❤
That was just a lovely video. Thank you for taking us along with you!
in any event simply the very best channel on CZcams thankyou so much Snow and Curt
Hello Curt & Snow,
Love this adventure.
Curt, thank you for your observation'/commentary of architecture (materials and such).
Snow your Hat and long coat look great.
Your history lessons are wonderful.
I am so enjoying your trip overseas. Thank you so much for bringing me along. It’s amazing. I bet your legs ache at night after all those stairs….I’d be laid up for days. I’m betting all this exercise is really strengthening your heart muscle snow. I worry about you, but I really commend you for not letting your heart condition hold you back. Slow and steady wins the game. I’m 71 and I feel like I’m with you there vicariously.
We had lemon gelato when we went to Trevi Fountain. It was the most refreshing thing I have ever had. It as so hot that day.
I appreciate the church tours. The phenomenal beauty of the architecture is so amazing. Wondering how the elderly live in those towns. I imagine they stay in good shape but still knees wear out. And oh my gosh getting groceries home! Do they shop daily?
My brother's In-laws are Greek and he told me about one particular family home housed a few generations similarly as you explained in one of the towns Corniglia part of Cinque Terres. Hugs as always from Dublin Ireland 🍀🍀💚💚🇮🇪🇮🇪😺😺
💕Loving these little towns! You both captured the beauty of it all 😊 Oh my beauuutiful Snow.........you conquered all those stairs with a beautiful smile. And Curt doing his 2 arm and fist thumps to the sky in victory. Great job guys 👏 💪 But where are the children? and schools? Don't you find it odd🤔? See you in the next town ❤️💕
Thank you for another stunning video. Following your journey has become a ritual. Like Snow, my wife always attracts kitties no matter were we travel. Safe jurney❤❤❤
The Cinque Terre has been on my bucket list for a long time. Thanks for letting us see it through your eyes. I really need to make the trip. So beautiful!
Love your choice of music. It gets better every episode.
Glad to see ye exploring these beautiful towns and such great views from the top of the round tower
How I loved the walk through the narrow streets. Thank you for taking us along. I’m like you, Snow, no fish! Very interesting Basil ice cream. Would love to know what beverages you are enjoying too. And 25.00 a night for a piece of land to park on is pretty expensive. I suppose though it helps to keep the economy going.
I’m amazed at the public transportation in comparison with ours in the states. We are so behind and looks like we’ll stay that way in my lifetime. The train is sleek and beautiful! I’d hate the tunnel rides though. Ok! Can’t wait til the next stop. Sleep well❤️❤️❤️
There are lots of wonderful places to see in the little towns wow. Love your videos full of cool places to see. Stay safe in your travels. .
I’d never heard of it. Thank you. Always interesting to see a pre car view of a city too.
That marble work is amazing and those old churches.
Loving your adventures! Thank you.😊
So pretty...makes me want to live there......☺️
love the drone footage; gives an overall view of the area.
You all are doing such a great job with these tours…i look forward to when the next one will be posted. Thanks
Snow and Curt, thank you so much for the up close and personal visit to this beautiful area. How you tagteam the videos where it shows a little bit of each of you walking through and enjoying the view. I’m glad that you found that cute little place to give you each a little bit of your own fare. A little Dab of this and a little dab of that it’s amazing! You passed a doorway that had a bunch of papers on it. I was wondering what that was. I’m sure you didn’t stop to see.
Amazing that people live in these villages and probably are so used to the views that they don't appreciate them like we all do. Love the Italian music backdrop!
loved you song choices! another very pretty little cliff side town beautiful video thank you both
I was in the Cinque Terre in the mid 90’s and LOVED it! Watching your video has brought back SO many memories! Thanks for all you are sharing. It has been wonderful. I SO love Italia !!!
Glad you are enjoying the area and that you climbed the Castillo in Vernazza. The views and little lanes and steep stairs to lead to new discoveries around every turn, so fun!
That church is so beautiful, with the marble and the paintings. Amazing.
Love the churches and the architecture.
Nice music 👏.
Your gluts must be hard as that rock now. 😀
I’ve always wanted to see Cinque Terra! Thank you for taking me there.❤
You've shown us some of the most beautiful ⛪️ churches I've ever seen. Their beauty is beyond words. Thank you.
We will always look for the pretty churches 😊
Wow guys absolutely amazing. It's Soooo beautiful in Italy. I wish I was there!!!! ❤😊❤ Thanks for sharing with us 👍💯👍 Cheers guys 🥂🍷
This is the heaviest breathing Curt has done since Chile
Awesome, interesting and relaxing ❤❤❤ enjoy 🎉🎉🎉
👍🤩💝I love it. It’s so lovely….I said it before - I could live there and be perfectly happy. Thanks for sharing your journey. Safe travels. 🙏💝
It is a beautiful place for sure
LOL I think the bread you're trying to think of is: Focaccia (Foe-Cah-Cha)
Snow try that bread withe chopped garlic and olive oil!
We hiked from the first town to the second in 2018. So fun❤
Thank you for the wonderful day. Appreciate you bringing us along.
Fabulous look at Cinque Terre from the armchair. Loved the houses built into the hillside, the food and the stunning architecture. The water views were excellent too. Can’t wait to see the next vid ❤❤
Yes, it's very common in Italy to have the inside of buildings a lot more elaborate than the outside.
Yes, it’s so cool that inside those rustic houses it’s all newly designed.
So glad you finally got the chance to visit Italy. It is so historical with wonderful use of land and buildings on the coast line. The people are so creative. Best foods.
Spent time here many many years ago. At that time Vernazza didn’t have hotels. You had to know on doors and ask the owners of the houses if they had a room to rent.
So utterly charming - like one long picture postcard. So enjoying your European travels! Thank you!
Bellissima architettura, tanta storia e carattere.....thanks for the tour of these 5 spectacular villages!
Thank you for showing these interesting towns. No wonder why people are slim since they have to walk up and down all day long.
Wow, wow, wow - I think these are some of the most beautiful cities you have taken us to. Can't thank you enough. All those stairs must keep everyone at their healthiest.
Glad you enjoyed it
I'll never be able to travel so I'm enjoying your channel ❤❤😂😂
Thank you, guys, for showing us these awesome little towns in Italy. I always thought, because I am in my little world in Arkansas, that in order to go anywhere in Italy, you had to get in a boat. I am not a fan of water, so I did not think I would like anything about Italy, but through your adventures, I see the beauty and the history of this awesome place. It makes me feel better to know that you do not have to get in a boat to see some of the beautiful little towns of Italy. Thank you for sharing.
Gracias for sharing beautiful places, we admire you for your free spirit , open minded to see the world 🌎 thank you 😀🥰
The aerial views are my favourite so spectacular!! It just gets better and better 👍 💜 🇦🇺 👋 waving at Kurt in the tower 😃
Hari OM
Glorious! You are now in a part of Europe I have never travelled - those streets re definitely not rollator-friendly, so I am unlikely to ever go there. Thus I yet again thank you for taking me virtually! YAM xx
Wow wow what an amazing time enjoyed every minute so many stairs who needs a treadmill. Lol Loved all the kitties. Thank you
"SPECTACULAR" 🎉Loving this travel vlog 😍 the views, colorful architecture, flowers, so much to Enjoy ❤
Hi Guys I just rejoined you..I am enjoying watching your vlogs! I am not sure I will ever see Italy in person..but being a total travel voyer with you allows me that privilege! Thank you!
I can't walk that far either Snow. I was t-boned in a car and slammed my hip into the drivers door. I walk but after 20 mins I'm dragging my left leg around. It's amazing to watch you take on those hills and steps. I can't do what you are doing. It's educational to see you do your planning and the strategies you use for enjoying an area or attraction with Curt. I like these little towns. Where are the cell towers? Can you get internet there? I can't imaagine what you would do with your time in those tiny towns? Cheers!
I enjoy watching your tour though Italy. It brings back great memories when I was there years ago. You made a great deal I think in van camping in the small towns. $25 dollars beets some of the prices here in the U.S. Love you both, enjoy your travels.😊❤
Love love love Italy! The history oozes.. thanks for sharing
WOW! Thank you!!!
Great Video the villages are amazing great pictures & Drone shots you are doing very well to climb all the steps been watching & enjoying your chanel travel safe hope you find sunshine soon
