Personally, my favorite genderless pokemon is the Magnemite line. Good defenses, absolutely insane Special Attack, average speed that could usually guarantee first hit priority. Flash Cannon and Discharge are the main used attacks. The absolute thiccest defense having Enby pokemon.

Sivvi the magnemite is a luxury few can afford.
(Also i dont know if youre planning on doing any grass hunts but if you do and have time to spare, id reccomend you hunt for Tropius! It's very easy to isolate on the big island at the lake where you find all the dondozos, its a subtle but not too hard to spot shiny (its very autumn vibes), and its even kinda like a dinosaur. I caught my own named Sunny who had a dawn mark, would reccomend. ☀️)
