Is the sauna / steam room 24 hours a day or just during working hours? Iâd literally be in there every day! Also awesome big tv to watch the rugby on
It's open until 10pm. I'm pretty much in there every day. It's going to be great after rugby coaching in the winter.

Wow quite a bit of negativity just for someone showing what their apartment looks like for that price. Way out of my pay packet but the cost of housing in London is just astranomical. So what if you can afford to live somewhere that you actually like. Good on you I say. Looks really nice
Yeah- I didn't think it was something to get angry over! Thanks- we really like it but also understand that London compared to other places is a lot more expensive.

ÂŁ40,800 a year. That's more than the UK average salary. I'm not one to complain about successful people, it's great you can afford this. But ÂŁ40,800 for a 2 bed is daylight robbery and the fact people like you (not trying to cause offence) can just pay that much without worrying about it. Ugh it's disgusting. There are so many complicated reasons for the housing crisis in London, and I'm not saying you are the problem, I'm just saying this is a totally unrealistic lifestyle for anyone who isn't obscenely wealthy.
Trying to rent somewhere dog friendly in London is always a challenge, especially as London prices are much higher than anywhere else. Me and Mike both work from home so the shared work space saves us spending a lot on renting an office space. We also used to spend ÂŁ400 between us on gyms. So we see it as a home, business work space and gym.
@KatMerchant yeah my flat is dog friendly, just need the dog to go with it. The best thing about Stratford though is the Olympic park. Probably different if you're an elite athlete like yourself, but I find the copper box and Olympic pool is all the gym anyone could ask for at a reasonable price. I personally don't like the whole private amenities in these luxury apartments. It just reinforces the US and them mentality, and makes the service charges extortionate. Make it a public amenity run as a commercial venture and everyone wins.

3400 a month for a tasteless white box in east london? No thanks. I suppose the communal facilities look decent though.
We've just moved in so it's not decorated yet, we really like it already though.
