Pastor, I was beating myself up this morning because I didn't spend as much time with God this past weekend as I thought I should. I asked the Holy Spirit to help me because I was comparing myself to others in Christ, saying I should be more like this one or that one. When you, as a Pastor admitted you were in a funk one day, it liberated me. None of us are perfect and though we are to strive for perfection, we are only righteous because of Jesus Christ. Thank you so much for being transparent and sharing your ministry. It was the answer to my prayer this morning.
