We all know that we’re not supposed to be giving little ones sugar….now, I don’t know about you, but sometimes, when all your kid’s friends are having sugary treats, and I feel like I’m constantly saying no, I begin to doubt myself and wonder if trying to minimise my child’s sugar intake is really all worth it? Is it really that bad? Well, let’s take a look at the evidence and remind ourselves why minimising sugar intake is worth the effort. Stay tuned!

Thank you very much
Hello Doc I had 3 Miscarriages during my first trimester since 2022 (9weeks) 2023 (7weeks) 2024 (6weeks) with spotting symptoms. I’m 40 years old now can you please help with this issue please ❤
Hello. Firstly, I'm not a doctor, but I feel for you and wanted to offer some suggestions. There are many factors that influence fertility. It may be that your progesterone levels are too low, for example. There are medications you can take that directly address this issue. Please seek a fertility doctor for some advice, ideally someone who understands natural family planning methods.
It may also be the case that you have endometriosis, PCOS, or other conditions that affect fertility. These are more wide spread than you think, and many are treatable. Again, see a good doctor for advice.
Thoughts and prayers for you and your family 🙏
@@some_random_with_an_intern2893 Thank you ☺️
Hi there, I'm so sorry to hear this! Unfortunately I am unable to provide tailored, personalised advice over social media. As the lovely other commenter mentioned, I recommend seeing a fertility specialist to create a tailored approach going forward. Sending thoughts and prayers to you and your family x
