For the -1% of people who actually care.
I think part of why people (myself included) find this funny, is because it's a representation of behaviours and experiences that trigger something in the mind of the viewer, often relatability.
A lot of videos are also funny, simply because they make you question why they're funny. It's just a funny sound effect, so why am I laughing? By giving into the madness, but also recognising it, you feel confused, but happy as well.
This explains it perfectly.
