Good, morning Sir if the GPA is given by a impersonal that is 'poly, Aal Marrattam' .actually duplicate man withe original land owner's nale 1) Will the GPA is valid? 3) even the aregistrar send 5 final notices & show cause notices, the case is dragging for more than 3 years the dulicate man or the power sgent is not appearing before the Registrar, Why the Registrar is Dragging the case.? Actually it was proved beyond doubt the original man .yhe duplicate man is not at all answering the Collector's or Registrar's letters.
