- This video shows how the Precast Concrete Compound wall is constructed or installed. The sizes of each panel are 6ft wide and 1ft in height with a thickness of 3 inches. Base pillars are installed first which have grooves for the panels to be inserted. The standard size of installation is 4ft to 6ft, mine is customized to 8ft.
GFRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) is a modern building element devised by the GFRG Building System Australia for mass-scale construction of houses in a very short span of time. A GFRG panel is basically calcined gypsum plaster, reinforced with glass fibres which when filled with reinforced concrete in an appropriate proportion becomes strong enough to act as a load-bearing and shear wall.

two plastic empty barrels with a wooden plank has been used to stand on it two persons to insert the 60 kg slabs with less strain. 99% none of the workers has this idea. all others may follow your best idea. thanks.

You can make your own precast mould just go to steel fabricating shope give him a skech and afterwards required concrete pillers and slabs
Thickness and height according to yours boundaries and steel 1/8 or 1/4 of an inch is strong enough for such structures

Yes it will, but the lifetime is around 10 years or so, if you maintain it..
@@iamHT What is the failure after 10yrs? I would think the concrete posts would last much longer. Do they crack at the bottom eventually?

Thickness is 6 inch. Cost came around INR 130 per sqft as it been customized. Near Thiruvallur in Tamil Nadu State

Yes it is low cost, INR 130 per running feet. Thickness is 6 inches.

10 ft long 10 ft width unde wall 6ft hight tho kattalante 10*4= 40, 40*6= 240, 240* 130= 31200rs avuthundhi.... 😲... It's very costly. When we construct same dimensions of wall with bricks tho ayithe it's come below 15000 INR only..
You are lucky that the contractor in your area charging less than INR 100 for a running feet with bricks. Unfortunate for me,😔 contractor in my locality charged INR 300 for a running feet with bricks. For me it was beneficiary 😅

Precast concrete products in India have no quality. Until these products are produced on a large scale in a factory where QC is strictly maintained and cast products are randomly checked and certified.

Thats wrong way of constructing the foundation. There shall be a proper design mix and proper mixing of concrete, aggregate, sand and water shall be done and then it shall be poured. The soil around the pile shall not be disturbed for proper frictional action of pile.
