This is beautiful music to listen to when driving through the treacherous trails & roads of the Rocky Mountains, especially near Pikes Peak and Mount of the Holy Cross (A mountain with two huge crevices forming a 300 foot tall, upwards facing cross). Like the mountains, this song has traces of beauty, risk, fantasy, danger, adventure, passion, and thought provoking intrigue. Songs have been written of those places, yet none touch on the subtleties mentioned above that are often found behind their veil of beauty. This song does a great job of showing what can lie behind such things of beauty, the layers that make up, good and bad, what we see.
We had the honor of having Amy and Lindsey live at the same time for this song on her Artemis tour in Nashville. It was awesome!
