The reporter asked, "How did it went". His answer was "It went well" but you look at the tone and the posture and the manner of how it was answered (the body language and hand gesture). Such air of arrogant.
Compared to the Chinese delegate, he stopped, wipe his spectacles, etc and answer questions. Listen to the tone and observe the smile on their faces.
