Did you take part in the Zwift Triathlon Academy?
Loved it, first time! Thank you for taking us through your journey
I subscribed to this channel a couple years ago to learn more about triathlon, but the content you are putting out is educating me on all sorts of levels!
Great to see you excited about turning the corner on fitness and getting back on the upswing, James. There's been a lot of lamenting on the channel about losing your fitness since retirement so it's great to see that spark again. Have fun!
The academy was fun to do, same as the other two. Would be great If then zwift put the team together with People of all qualities in the sport and not Just the ones Who had racing experience on high level
James is improving with his presentation. His speech is a lot more confident and flows more smoothly. He is also obviously working very hard to fit in this new position. 👊
Mark is a beast of a runner
The friendship between Matt and James is very wholesome.
I've just started Zwift cycling and have been wondering if I should ride on the hoods (for comfort), ride on the aero bars (to better match my event position), or mix them up.
Mix them up! Sometimes it's good to use indoor training sessions as an opportunity to get comfortable in that aero position. Other times it's good to open up the hip angle and maximise your power output for high intensity intervals!
I love all you people! Good luck…
You lads munching all but one of your cookies before a test? Mine borders more on rookie mistakes: munching down a whole bag of gummy bears right before a long bike ride / hiking /camping trip, leaving none for the road. 😂
Good results there. I dont have a treadmill so only did the bike sessions. Generally found them good (maybe a little easy) but think they suited my Diesel engine. Hope you didn't use your 4 yrs height...
Using a fan would have helped more than the training.
Why do they never use a front wheel riser block?
Some of the high end smart trainer's like the wahoo kickr don't need a riser
@@danai80 I use a Wahoo Kickr set for my wheel size, but it feels too low in front. I suspect this is due to lack of "head wind" to help hold me upright. A block under the front wheel makes the bike feel more like normal outdoor riding.
Get well soon, Mark!
A good late night video 👋👍
Seriously? Came here for data, got click bait .. :(. Is this the Barkley show. ?
