HOMEMADE PORK HAM | Easy Homemade Pork Ham Recipe |

Nakalimutan mo bang umorder sa kumare mo na nagbebenta ng Pork Ham? Huwag mag alala dahit pwedeng pwede mo itong gawin sa bahay. Ang version ko ng Pork Ham ay sobrang dali lang lutuin. Tiyak kong makukumpleto ang inyong hapg kainan sa pag salubong ng Pasko o Bagong Taon.
Ingredients:
3 kg pork shoulder
2 big onion
1 whole garlic
1 tsp black pepper
5 pcs bay leaf
1 cup soy sauce
3 cup pineapple juice
2 1/2 cup brown sugar
4 pcs star anis
1 1/2 tsp salt
500 ml coke
3 tbsp corn starch
3/4 cup warm water
