imo This is the Best version of the crab rave. I was really liking to use it to kick off my writing sprints in November and it's got fantastic energy and just enough space and repititon to give your brain time to think and boot up. I wish there was a 15m version of it, perfect sprint length (if you felt inclined to make it I'll watch it! Obvs you can decide you are disinclined, but
