Recipe and ingredients:
Divide broccoli into florets
Salt
Let cook for 5-7 minutes
Cut 800 g potatoes
olive oil
Fry for 5-7 minutes
Salt, pepper, basil
Grind 2 cloves of garlic
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil
Lay out the potatoes
Place broccoli on top
Chop 1 onion
olive oil
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Grate 1 carrot on a coarse grater
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Chop 1 red pepper
Fry for 2-3 minutes
Cut 300 g mushrooms
Fry for 3-4 minutes
Salt, pepper, basil, garlic powder
Fry for another 2-3 minutes
Place in a baking dish
Spread evenly
Halve 8 cherry tomatoes
3 eggs
salt pepper
Mix
100 ml milk
100 g sour cream
Mix well
Drizzle the egg mixture over the vegetables
Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes
Grate 100 g of cheese
50g grated Parmesan cheese
Bake for another 15 minutes at 180°C
