    RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:
    1 head of cabbage.
    Crop as shown in the video.
    We will need a central part.
    Add salt to boiling water.
    Lay out the cabbage.
    Cook for 7-10 minutes.
    180g rice.
    Rinse the rice with water.
    Olive oil.
    Fry for 2-3 minutes.
    400 ml water.
    Salt.
    Let cook for 15 minutes.
    Place the cabbage in a bowl.
    Place the rice in a bowl.
    Chop the light part of the leek.
    Olive oil.
    Fry in vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes.
    250 g mushrooms.
    Fry for 3-5 minutes.
    Salt pepper.
    Fry for another 2-3 minutes.
    1 tomato.
    Fill with hot water, this makes removing the peel much easier.
    Leave on for 5 minutes.
    Spinach.
    Mix with rice.
    Peel the tomatoes and chop finely.
    Add to remaining ingredients and stir.
    Add fried mushrooms.
    Paprika.
    Garlic powder.
    Basil.
    Mix well.
    Place 1 teaspoon of filling on the cabbage leaf.
    Wrap it as shown in the video.
    Let's prepare the sauce.
    Tomato paste 1 tablespoon.
    Olive or sunflower oil 30-40 ml.
    Salt.
    300 ml hot water.
    Mix well.
    Place the cabbage rolls in a baking sleeve.
    Pour into a baking sleeve.
    Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
    Everything is ready!

    Rezepte mag ich, wenn Wärmebehandlung sehr kurz ist, es ist wichtig, dass die Vitamine noch da sind. Knoblauchpulver ist in wenigen Rezepten nützlich, besser frischen Knoblauch wegen seiner etherischen Öle verwenden. Mein Rezept aus dieser Woche: Zwiebel andünsten, dazu Karotten in groben Stücke, Kurkumapulver etwa 1 bis 2 EL, mit der Brühe ablöschen. Kohl in kleinen Stückchen (nicht fein) dazugeben und alles etwa 10 min dünsten, gelegentlich umrühren. Gesalzene geröstete Erdnüsse hinzufügen, Rosinen. Evtl Cumin benutzen, damit Kohl besser verdaulich wird. Mit Yoghurt und gebratenen Bananen servieren.🤓
