- We Built a 1300HP Hellcat Jet with Twin Turbos. We insalled a twin turbos on our supercharged hellcat and cannonballed across the country to finish it in time for roadkill nights.

It may not look it from the video but this car took quite a bit of time/work to build. If we somehow we end up winning this Roadkill nights event John (Hellion) and Tim (Barth Tuning) deserve a hell of a lot of the credit helping making this thing possible. Special thanks to them!

This just shows the amount of time and engineering that has went into the 6.2L hemi. You’re throwing about 1100 hp to stock internals, stock blower, stock heads, etc and it’s handled it flawlessly, plus I saw this car in person go down Woodward and you couldn’t get traction for shit hahaha truly amazing what dodge has achieved

Yeah Twincharging is a thing (haven’t finished watching it yet, maybe they address this) but it’s normally SUPER inefficient. Diminishing returns and all that. At the end of the day, positive pressure is positive pressure; just depends when/where you get it to determine driving profile. Then it’s just dialing in the AFR.
I’ve got a Busch beer in hand with a bottle of Kentucky Gentleman next to me, I’m ready for this stupidity and am HERE for it. 😆

You can run turbos with a super-charger, but you can run into engine reliability issues which is why a lot of people either go with a super charger or turbos but not both. Twin-charging gives you the instant boost from the super charger early and the higher boost from the turbo(s) later, but it's a complicated set-up and can be problematic. When it works it can be amazing, when it doesn't the car might not move.
I love how not serious these guys are. They have fueled my car obsession and I thank them for that, they build some of the the cars I can only dream about. Keep up the great work

Sadly they'll go to lithium powered. Then whoever holds the lithium mines and reserves will be king, unfortunately it won't be America. We will just get to poison our underground aquifers and water tables with landfills of future dead batteries. Should've taken the Hydrogen route! At least then the by-product wouldve been oxygen and water.
@@bdubz5150 yelp they don't think that far ahead as to what will happen to all these batteries and there having to replace them in 5-7 years at a cost of 8- $15.000.00 not counting a disposal fee for old ones real good for us all
@@bdubz5150 hydrogen cars need platinum as a catalyst to convert hydrogen to electricity which is already really expensive and scarce…. Also making hydrogen does not have the highest efficiency and most electricity gets made by natural sources like gas and coal which means we are still beter off just using gas cars
