In street racing there’s a new rule. “Chasing the race” that means if the other person jumps or red lights and you chase after them the race is on regardless. Which is what Weston did. The final where Alex stayed on the line and the other guy jumped, she won because she didn’t chase the race after he jumped. It’s a dumb rule that a lot of people are running. A lot of people are against it.

@@truints not an official one, but most of the time a chase is a race. She knew the rules so she didn't go. The blue car hoped she'd chase because he got a big enough lead with the jump. It's a common used strategy.
That was not fair on the final round. She spend WAY MORE than $10k on that challenger. Rear tires and wheels cost $10k alone.

Also depending on where you are even in street racing if you leave early you lose.
