    i love that it also works the same with simple crochet stitches and instead of triple crochet you can use the double crochet there, the pattern is super useful :) i hated the holes normal granny squares have specially for winter clothes

    This is by far the best tutorial for solid granny square with no holes/gaps! I've watched a lot and they were so hard to follow, but this video is so easy. So easy to follow along, such an easy pattern as well. Thank you!

    Thank you so much!! I always strongly disliked making granny squares because of the gaps and how uneven they turned out, however this tutorial is very helpful. :)

    Thank you for this awesome pattern❣️
    I love granny squares but hate getting my fingers & toes caught in the holes & also the holes make it not as warm.
    Truly appreciate you sharing your time & knowledge with us.
    Blessings 🙋🏻‍♀️💜🙏🏼

    Finally, a very easy solid square pattern. Your video is the best I've seen and so easy to follow. It's also the best pattern I've seen for a solid square. Thank you very very much!

    Ice Yarns has a new galaxy ombré I want to make a blanket with, making a 24” square using one skein per square, for a total of 6 squares plus a 1” border. This pattern is perfect for it, as I can’t stand gaps in blankets.

    Just wondering does this granny square size equal to the strawberry granny you also made? I want to make a solid and strawberry design. Thank you

    • @RaffamusaDesigns
      @RaffamusaDesigns  Před rokem

      Hi, I think it would be easier to match the strawberry with a classic solid granny square which still has holes at the corners but it's solid overall. Those two have for sure the same number of stitches, so it's easier to sew. You can find the pattern here raffamusadesigns.com/crochet-solid-granny-square/

    How do you switch colors ?

    • @tytybepoppin9082

      Nvm I think I got it

    • @RaffamusaDesigns
      @RaffamusaDesigns  Před 2 měsíci

      I think that the easiest way is to close the last st of the round with the new color and then continue with the next round as usual. Otherwise, you can fasten off after joining the round, join the new yarn in the same st where you joined (place the yarn to the back of your work, yarn over with the new yarn, and ch 2), and continue from there.
