Thank you. It’s been 200 days since my last video. I have gone through a really intense bipolar depression/mania phase with some psychosis thrown in for good measure. I’ve neglected everything that brought me joy. I’m coming out now thanks to Jesus. I’m going to try and upload a video very soon.

Beautiful journaling. I’ll have to give that notebook brand a try. I prefer lined notebooks and struggle to find ones that I like sometimes.

Sorry it took me so long to respond. Out of those choices, definitely the Exceed notebook from WalMart. Hands down the winner.
