Scintillation is farmable THIS WEEK in Nightfalllls and should be exodus crash. A good time to farm one!
Do I have to do the harder difficulty nightfall? Or am I good with the basic one? I know you can get the adept one from harder ones, but I'm just getting back into Destiny.
@@DarkDodgersdrops more frequently in GM. You can use engrams at Zavala as well to get the none adept one but you have to get one to drop before you can focus it.

Too bad lfrs are still in a pretty bad state. Only linear even realy able to Crack through is this one and even then whisper is almost always a better choice
The problem with that statement is that itâs all relative.
Sometimes with Divinity and sometimes with no Divinity just showed one phasing almost all the dungeon bosses in the game (one ones that it didnât were the short damage phase on Spire of the Watcher and the short damage phase on Warlordâs Ruins final boss and still doing great damage there) and doing extremely respectable on The Witness.
All at the same time being extremely forgiving compared to whiffing a rocket in your rotation or messing up a perfect WotW damage phase which tanks your damage. Which you can also have some other damage weapon for your exotic (they were using Still Hunt here).
Not the same linear but if someone has it they can also rotate with Euphony and a Cascade Point Cataphract which is also an extremely easy rotation thatâs going to do fantastic damage.
So if something super easy can one phase or get in the ballpark of one phasing everything in the game, is it actually bad? How âoptimizedâ do people really need to be⊠and how worse off are most people when theyâre trying to do the âoptimalâ and they always mess it up? Sometimes that âbadâ linear fusion is going to get the average person a million more a damage phase than the meta.

â@@alivingperson7825Bungie loves to nerf everything instead of just buffing other shit, which would allow for more viable options. It's the lazy approach, so not very surprising. They nerf one thing, then people flock to the next best thing. To which they just nerf that next, and the cycle repeats. Yay Bungie, truly a W company.

@@ianmills6260 Tru, imo the only boss I don't think is a throw to use them on that comes to mind is golgi and even then just use cloudstrike or still hunt probaly. For them to be better than whisper you need a boss that benifits from crits and is easy to hit and requires alot of movement. Edit:Not to mention this only includes easy damage options and if you are willing to get into swaps the distance grows even more.

Exodus crash without double is the equivalent of glassway with doubles. Definitely farm if you don't have one, I might farm just to get a better one!
itâs the best linear in the game by far, this and sleeper are the only two id consider using at this point but linears are just in a really bad state, whisper exists and occupies the same niche but better. really wish bungo would undo the lightfall linear nerf as a start, but i donât know how else you could buff them sadly besides damage.
The doomed petitioner is also pretty solid, but other than that and the two you mentioned, the others aren't viable damage options.
I'd argue doomed petitioner is the best competition for scintillation IMO
precision instrument on a 3 shot linear is very underrated.

Just did a total of 51 GMs and no rewind surrounded. Banking all my ciphers in for one each 5 GMs and no Rewind + Surrounded.
Holding down microcosm does abt the same dps as this thing so yeah

Microcosm is good, but far less ammo efficient if we''re talking about a long damage phase.

As a hunter, having scintilaltion with celestial still hunt(boom stick) is awesome for dps rotations. And I don't have to have my super when doing rotations either for more dps which is what you want with microcosm.
Going for rewind + surrounded at the moment
I just got this LFR after completing this weeks GM... Exodus Crash. I got an adept with RH/Cornered in the third slot and Hatchling in the fourth.
My other roll is a none adept roll with cornered + OO... I need to keep grinding for the RR + BS/Surrounded.

What sucks is itâs on a lengthy GM this time around. Last time it was on a very fast and easy GM.
Disagree. It's not as easy as glassway but I think it's still very doable with 10--15m runs with the right team comps. Check out my exodus crash guide for some helpful tips.
@@SneakyBeaver Eh most of the time Iâm playing with my two usual fireteam members who arenât thatâs killed. I think last rotation was The Disgraced that had this Linear. Found some randoms that we farmed it to the point we were clearing the GM in 10-11 min. This one with my usual teammates takes hour 20+ min.
@@seanm9823the last gm that had this weapon was the glass way at the beginning of the season, this is a way faster gm you can easily do it in 15 min or less with a good team

Probably but as others are saying, LFRâs are in a bad state
I wouldn't even say they're in a "bad" state, its just that rockets and GLs dominate with burst damage ATM (and still hunt on hunter) + whisper being on roids with the artifact.
But if the next artifact is LFR focused then that could change.

It gives a global damage buff that stacks with radiant, for 5%.
transcendence = 5% damage buff
It isnât even the best strand 3 burst linear, euphony is better
I'm sure the amount of time required to build the spindles stacks was taken into account.
@@TheRagingRayn Not to mention this guy is too stupid to understand that you can run them both in the same time frame because of what spot each one takes.
1) They're not in the same slot
2) Euphony is specifically only compareable on strand warlock, Scintillation would beat it with the other 2 classes.
@@SneakyBeaver Iâm trying to say that they can be used in the same loadout being one is a heavy while the other isnât a heavy. Meaning two great strand options for a special and a heavy. The only thing that would tip the needle would be if they were both heavy ammunition weapons. Like I will say one is a heavy weapon and one isnât still strong options.

Ngl id farm but i deleted this is kind of a personal opinion but it just feels like theres no point to doing this anymore destiny is cooked. I got on once after leaving for a month and it just didnt feel the same.
