You mentioned mastery-based skins and Heroes of the Storm did exactly that and it was part of the reason I grinded tracer to max mastery in that game.
I would love mastery based skins. They don’t need to be as good as a legendary skin but they should be kinda shiny or a certain way so people would want to grind for them.
@@lordmonocr6206 Maybe make is a very good chroma for base skin. Wouldn't require that much money. But it would be for base the same way what prestige versions are for skins. But the idea of getting something to showcase mastery is great. Or upgraded recall, as you get for honor level... just throwing some ideas, that Riot is probably also considering themselves

MSI does not have the K'Sante nerfs from last patch, the buffs in this patch are compensation because last patch cut too much winrate.
Something that is somewhat pro relevant is that jax e can now block azir soilder autos(mentioned in buggfixes). Would love to hear your thoughts on it

I HAVE REPLAYED THIS 200 times and I'm still laughing! HAHAH
I think synchronized soles is a lot less punishing than mobis once you are in combat since mobis have 25 ms while in combat (equal to tier 1 boots) whereas the new item has 45 ms (equal to tier 2 boots). not sure if this offsets the completion requirements and the lower out of combat ms.
IE into PD on cait brings me back.

The ap ratios on heals is actually not that bad, at least in the context of dawncore 3rd/4th item. Chances are you're building heal/shield power and moonstone if you're building dawncore. Factoring that into the AP ratio, which is commonly around 50% base, you end up with a pretty decent ap ratio
jack of all trades feels like a pretty fake rune, at least for scaling with some major caveats. Most champions are never going to have 10 stats. Most of the campions that can will need at least 3 full items lest they sacrifice a lot in their build. That is a tiny window where you might be able to get full value from this rune before it gets outscaled by gathering storm. That being said we might see it a lot in proplay because its inpiration rather than sorcery with all the inspiration trees secondary for biscuits to leverage it early game for 5haste+10 adaptive force with dblade->tier 2 boots or dring->mercs. Enchanters and AD supports (pike/senna) are the only class that can potentially make good use out of it such that it's the clear choice; support item->boots (5)->mercs->ardent/or SoFW.(10) or support item->boots(5)->mercs->umbral(10)

35:14 I think you missed out on the fact that the un-upgraded boots also gives you empowered recall meaning a jungler can do first full clear and crab buy these boots and then have empowered recall by like 4 minutes and they will just be able to out tempo the enemy jungler.

Ingenious was a fake thing when it came to actives but it 1000% made sheen items viable for alot of champions, the one that instantly comes to mind is bruiser/lich bane builds for kat. The rune was also for some reason never attributed with the creation of the divine sunder meta even tho that rune single handedly made the item broken even after routine nerfs.
Love how he started to describe free mastery skins for each champion and then realized rito would never put that kind of time and money commitment to give something for free

Last I checked Hollow Radiance and Sunfire have the exact same burn passive, but Hollow Radiance gets extra damage on minion kill. Did they change that? I could have SWORN the burn text & numbers were LITERALLY the same.

It's like, why is there so much attack speed on an item that is made for ability spammers? It seems so counterintuitive. Like taking away the attack speed from Guinsoo's rageblade.
Probably because lethal tempo is remove so they adjust adc items that has more attack speed value than ad.
@@Kenzzz15 Yes, fair point in the bigger picture of the patch. But I find it really awkward when looking at the item itself. You have a passive that sort of contradicts the stats that it is giving.
@@TIMxisxHERE the passive is better the more you attack though, so AS does synergize with on-hit cooldown reduction (yes I know its on attack not on hit)

I don't understand why Cash Back is bad. I understand it's inferior to FM, and many will probably take Magical Footwear.
But aside from it not being useful for the 1st item, why is it bad? Most people would agree that an item's cost going down 180-200g is huge.
It takes on ROUGHLY 6-7 MINUTES of CONSTANT movement to upgrade the boots.
And don't forget you're getting 4 second recalls the moment you're buying the boots AND they will give you HOMEGUARD.

Collector fully built is 1% better than before up to 200armour target, but the build path is significantly worse. If you snowball into a BF early then its definitely stronger.
hots used to have mastery skins, only if you were lvl max lvl with champion you unlocked ability to purchase it and it was only for gold(grinding currency that couldnt be bought)
Someone explain the MMR thing to me because I have 57% WR but have dropped from Gold to Silver. I get +15 for wins and -25 for losses. I shouldn't be dropping with +WR yet Riot developed a system in which you do and have no way to determine that. In low Elo dodging isn't as feasible. Why is it not a set 20-25 for wins or losses.
make it a mastery chroma gold with white for hitting like lvl 100 mastery or something crazy
