- 👋 In todays review I drive the all new 2022 BMW 5 series! This is a super comfortable luxury sedan with many features! I love how nice the suspension handles and performs. It's a quick car, not loud by any means, but that's not its purpose. It would be a great daily driver, it offers a lot of space on the interior whether you have people or storage. The rear seats are a bit on the tight side, but still work and of course you can always upgrade to the 550 or even the 7 series if you really need more space! The exterior has a great look with crisp lines and the color is one of my favorite on this vehicle! This is pretty much fully loaded and even has the M sport package which provides the wheels, brakes, suspension and steering and it has a great amount of technology and an easy layout with the infotainment system! It has a minimal amount of buttons which makes it easy to use, and the materials on the interior are very nice! I love the wood trim and brushed aluminum, it makes it have an elegant design and look. The driving performance is great and I love the different modes from Eco pro if you want great MPG or Sport to have some spirited driving!

You can never go wrong with a BMW 5 series, and this LCI refresh G30 5 series is my favourite looking 5 series to date.

Just found out last night that a family member of mine rented this a few days ago, only difference is that the one he had was black on the exterior. How lucky he was lol. Even though this is not the M5, I'm still impressed with the 0-60 time. I can tell that during accelerations, this 540 gets down!
It’s definitely a quick car for not being the M5! A fun sedan to drive!
mone of y issues is thinking it will barely outrun/out handle the Honda accord 2.0T, AND the honda will run it into the ground long term. while the honda also holds it's resale value. choose wisely
@@dmmusicmusic completely different cars, if you want reliability buy your Honda, it's not nearly as good of a car as this bmw overall.

This one is priced right where the Genesis G80 Sport is, around 71-72K. Interesting.
Yeah this 540 is a great option. Would love to compare it to the Genesis for sure tho

there is so little difference in size between this 5 and the 3 series you would be better off with a true m3 over the added cost of the 5 series for sure. Also the Mercedes E350 4matic is probably the better all around choice especially if you are looking for better comfort and more all around room.
I have this car and the only downside is the radio isn’t loud enough for being a German car. My old dodge charger gave pretty good sound and bass for best listening
Do you have the harman kardon sound upgrade? Also you can actually customize the bass and all that in the car's menu.
Does it have cooled seats?

@@BrosFOURRSpeed Disagree. Just because car companies are putting it out doesn't mean customers want it. It was cool for about 10 minutes when Audi first did it, but now it's on a Chrysler Pacifica. Yeah, not cool.

The car is too large for me, a 340I is more than enough for a good luxury daily driver.
If you don’t need the space the BMW 340 is a good choice!
@@BrosFOURRSpeed Yeah, plus the fact that the 5 series cost thousands more yet is still equipped with the same motor and transmission.
Would be nice to see a mountain run comparison between a 540i vs 340i. My bets are on the 340i, smaller and lighter car with better handling.

@@BrosFOURRSpeed I took delivery of my 2022 540i in November. It was in the shop for over 43 days with so many problems. Dealer service department was clueless. Finally contacted Lemon Law attorney and BMW took it back, I got my full purchase price back. Worst Car and Dealer Customer service I have ever had.

@@brewswillis7294 Sorry you went through that, but unfortunately you aren’t the only one to have had a lemon, every brand has had that issue. I can understand why you wouldn’t want to deal with that again! My brother owned the Supra, essentially the Z4 platform and never had an issue. BMWs are reliable vehicles, but like any automaker, a lemon is part of the mass production sometimes.
