- Full build of Revell Mercedes-Benz Actros MP4 1:24 (07439). The video provide a detailed step by step guide as well as in depth hints and tips which I think will be proved useful to people who want to build this kit.
This is the second video which include the complete painting process, sub-assemblies fit and decal application.
I hope you like it. Enjoy!!!

Hi, I'd like to know what airbrush you are using and also the compressor, would really appreciate it, as I would like to purchase the same one as you are using?
Hi there. I use Iwata eclipse HP-CS. They are a little pricey but it is an invenstmet. For compressor I use a no-name one that I bought from amazon. Something like that: www.amazon.co.uk/Airbrush-compressor-reservoir-Fengda-FD-186/dp/B019CKXBOU/ref=sr_1_31?crid=1TBNEDD8EOJW5&keywords=mini+airbrush&qid=1693761784&sprefix=mini+airbrush%2Caps%2C78&sr=8-31 . My opinion is that the compressor is not super important although I would go for the one with a tank. I hope this helps.
Hi. Did you assemble the cab before painting, or just paint each part of the cab separates then assemble once painted? Many thanks.
Hi. A little bit of both actually. I usually assemble everything that need to paint with the same colour and then paint other parts separately. Then I glue different painted parts together with superglue (cement can strip out paint). I hope that helps.
@@GeorgeModellingforBeginners That does help - especially the part about superglue (I hadn't considered that). Many thanks for your reply - and excellent CZcams videos.
hey again, just wanted your thoughts on Takom kits. They have a new Pz.Kpfw.i the small panzer i coming out very soon. It's actually two panzer i's kits in one box but different versions like A or B for example. Just wondering if they are headache builds or if they're fairly decent. Thanks
I never built a Takom kit but they are top notch. I watched a review of 1+1 Panzer I and looks amazing. It looks like the part count is fairly low. I definitely recommend them.
@@GeorgeModellingforBeginners i'm gonna get it once it comes out. i check my local stores to see who gets it first everyday. im in toronto canada. i like the takom skoda turtle armoured car but i dont have an airbrush and its a complex color scheme.... wheelswingsestore.com/tkm2024-takom-1-35-skoda-pa-11-turtle
for my tamiya 35378 pz,kpfw iv i got a can of tamiya ts-3 spray paint and some matching 10 ml jars for touch ups and some xf-63 for chipping.
Even if you had an airbrush, you cannot do a hard line camouflage like the one you shared. Except if you have a liquid mask or something. I would try just plain brush. Make sure you thin your paints properly and do 2 or 3 passes on each colour. Good luck.
@@GeorgeModellingforBeginners ok thanks.
