Just incredible! If anyone wonders the time she ran was 51.90 seconds and this was 400 Meters Hurdles at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials - Track & Field on June 27, 2021 in Eugene, Ore. She has since broken that record and the current WR is 50.68 seconds 🤯🤯
@@stofjes4204 I can’t see that’s true. The fastest Femke has run 400m hurdle is 51.45 (which is crazy fast) but Sydney has done it in 50.68. I believe Femke has the European record in 400m hurdle whilst Sydney holds the world record still :) I do believe Femke broke the world record just a month ago though for 400m indoor at 49.17, but that’s without the hurdles ☺️

That was a beautifully run race. She kept her form and stride and ran her race to a new record effortlessly. They were focused on the world champion and the others. Only mentioned her briefly. I love an underdog…she. did that with ease👑👏🏽

We had a large tree in our garden which was overgrown by the neighbours ivy. I detangled it last year and found a bird box that the previous owner left behind. I left it on the tree as a momento. As we head into spring we noticed tiny birds coming in and out of the box. Literally me and the kids were in awe. Small wins. Thanks again Matt and community
