@sanandbaz no there isnt its no longer in use . but the town hall clock dosnt have a face looking at wales they guy ow built was said to say ( i wouldnt give the welsh the time of day ) now thts true . the law you mentoined was in fact put in place when we were at war with the welsh (rebelion ) . sorry to sink ya ship there mr :)
