Today I did a little research and present to you the greatest list for a kamen rider video which is who has the longest henshin so yeah enjoy!

Technically, it should've been Kamen Rider Faiz
Faiz Gear usage is very manual as in not automated (at all) and took a lot of time
The actual process would be like this:
1) prepare the smart brain case
2) take the belt out of the case
3) install the Faiz Shot
4) install the Faiz Pointer
5) manually put on the belt on the waist
6) open the Faiz Phone, put the number in, close the phone
7) insert the Faiz Phone in the Faiz Belt
8) wait for the Photon Stream
9) complete

the reason why vulcan always have longest henshin just because he force to open up his progrise key😂😂
9:29 the Rampage Gatling Progrise Key has a lock mechanism that needs a certain amount of force to open. It’s literally built to be opened by Fuwa’s Gori-rise so he’s not dumb for spending a lot of time opening the key

Not seen the show itself but judging the way they have to Autorise the keys with the zero-one driver or the gori-rise, or force it open with the forceriser. I'm more inclined to think the group that Zero-one works with are morons for not signing Fuwa to their group or the group is like "See that guy? he's kinda on the same side but we're not inclined to help him or make his task any easier".
Yaiba literally chides him that he doesnt need to gori-rise the keys. Just slot them in and they'll open easily like when she henshins.
@@BlazingKhioneus yes, but rampage Gatling is built different. Its authorisation sensor is called “exam cylinder” and it requires a certain amount of pressure to be activated.

The henshin itself for cross saber isn’t that long. It’s the jingle that kept going on even after the transformation finished
Which is technically apart of the henshin since there is a short. D long version lol

Wait… There are henshins that are longer than Xross Saber? That guy had an entire stanza of a song to get through before he could transform into the most basic version of his final form!
Xross Saber is so funny, he only takes 32 seconds to henshin, but for the rest of the sequence the Seiken just hypes him up.
Technically it can be longer, if Touma had just let Brave Dragon finish its introduction.
Gotchard catching strays
In fairness with the whole, Riders being allowed the full sequence, the constructs in Zero-One usually provides an excuse since they seem indestructible and can block attacks at Fuwa or distract enemies long enough. I do like when Rider and Sentai at least try to explain why they can be allowed to transform. XD
the problem i had with geiz majesty was that the transformation had already ended but the song was still going. compared to grand zio where the pacing was just right.

Vulcan out staging Saber for having the longest henshin was really surprising to me. Starting with Geats and continuing onto Gotchard though, I think that Bandai is starting to find a balance between "too noisy", "cool" and "enough detail"

Super long Henshins are very unpractical unless they deploy protective fields or some other thing to protect the Rider from smart enemies.
I haven't watched all the ones in this list, so idk if they all protect the Riders during Henshin.
Most of them don't have to worry about it but I know usually they do get defended somehow, like in Zi-O the letters that fly around can block attacks, it's usually just whatever effects are flying around during the sequence that do the defending
Also most of them gets shortened after the transformation's 'debut'.
