- Thanks for tuning in to the channel. Todays video is about wanting to go full time in lawn care. While we all love the idea of being in business for ourselves without depending on another job, I’d like to share some things I’ve learned, and the importance of being prepared before you make the jump.
Already a season vet in this here lawn business. Truer words are here just listen to him. We have all started some sort of side hustle only because we want or need more $$. The lessons we learned from this is (1) no way can I do this job as my full time gig. (2)if I continue doing this side hustle it CAN turn in to a legit business and will put me in a better situation. Let’s not fool ourselves and think it’s easy to do both your full time job and this side hustle. Never rush to quick decisions , understand the biz in it’s up and downs and then is when you can make an educated decision. Good vid my man keep pushing. ❤

I was the same soldier i started while working full-time FedEx helping my son learn some work ethic, the rest is history. Took me quite some time to learn my worth and build a solid customer base, now I've got more than i can possibly handle at this stage of my life. Ive truly enjoyed the journey. I plan to do it as long as my body will allow! Because I love what i do not because I have to do it✔️💯💪🏾 . Enjoyed this real life talk✔️👍🏾

I started our lawncare business back in 2009. I was only mowing lawns on my days off from my full-time job. I worked for 10 years at a car stereo shop as an installer and worked on a commission prior to lawncare. I slowly built up my lawns over 3 years and then my full-time job became my part-time gig. I worked 4 days a week on lawncare and stereo installer on the weekends until finally I quit the stereo business all together. My wife and I both went all in at 2013 doing lawncare full-time with only 40 weekly accounts but, slowly built up to 70+ yards over time. We love working for ourselves. Good video BTW😉👍
