Hmmm, maybe his voice reminded you of.. HIM? I mean you did react to their song "Impossible" a while back. Muse was right on point, Nothing But Thieves used to open concerts for Muse in 2016. Also, you probably were thinking of Jeff Buckley, since he is one of Conor's greatest inspirations.

Id recommend Man Made Sunshine. Its the lead singer, Conor Masons, solo music. They are so good and extremely underrated!

Best band around in my opinion. The guy at the end is Price the drummer, he’s very sweet and usually quiet but occasionally comes out with something crazy. They are all lovely guys actually. If you ever get the chance to see them don’t miss it, they are amazing, Conor’s voice is even better live!
Need to review some of their new album.. Very different and 1st 3 singles all absolute bangers.. Definite hints of Jeff Buckley and Thom Yorke from radiohead in the vocals..im English and only discoverd them last year when "Welcome to the DCC" single came out...

hello, i like you're reaction and so i will suggest 3different kind of german musik ... 1. Band called Seeed with the song Dickes B (best with english translation) funny 2. Band SDP with the song Ich will nur das du weisst (inkl. Translation) Lovesong and 3. Reinhard Mey with the song sei wachsam (ink. Translation) a critical song .... i hope this is the correct way to suggest songs ,it'S my first time
