- Jael Ronga is a Kisumu-based businesswoman. Her company is Jael's Fresh Juice that deals in fresh juices from a variety of fruits.
We caught up with her at Nyamasaria in Kisumu County where she narrated her story, how it all began and why it keeps getting juicier.

Bravo for your progress. We are all proud of you. Sugar? well not all fruits are ripe when picked so yes Fruits contain natural sugar but you can add a little bit to enhance it's taste. The taster should note how much sugar he puts for each quantity of crushed fruit to have a homogenous taste throughout a period. So they can still improve, but this is not industrial yet so once again BRAVO for your business....
Sugar is juice too from sugarcanes...

Well you can substitute the sugar with boiled raw honey then you filter it.

Like if mango or pasan fruit or starbery .your English is so clear.thank for that.i would like to asked a question that how long you keep one juice ( like mango)in a big can.are you use any chemise for keep long.tell us also the secret if so. There is never a need to add sugar or water to fresh juice. The natural sweetness is more than enough.
The problem is african are so used to very sweet juice
Sanitizers are not recommended for washing fruits. Use baking soda and salt.

I have personally used all of them and I can say they are all great but I think the blend tech and a vita mixer are the highest quality level you can get.

It depends on the type of sugar. Artificial sugar is a NO NO.
Cane sugar is perfectly fine to enhance the taste.
