The best chocolate cake that you ever will try! Moist cake with perfect glaze and some coconut on top. You just have to try it!

Best chocolate cake - Kärleksmums! 9 big, or 16 small pieces
The cake:
75 g butter
3 eggs
180 g caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
120 g all purpose flour
2 tablespoons cacao
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt
100 g milk
Topping:
50 g butter
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
210 g icing sugar
1,5-2 tablespoon strong coffee
2 tablespoons shredded coconut
How to:
1. Set the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 175 degrees Celsius. Line a 8x8 inch pan with baking paper (20x20 cm)
2. Melt the butter. Whisk eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar really fluffy.
3. Mix flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Sift into the eggs together with the butter and milk. Turn into a smooth batter.
4. Fill the pan with the batter and bake in lower part of the oven for 20-25 minutes. Feel with a toothpick in the middle that it comes out clean.
5. Let cool slightly.
6. Melt the butter for the glaze in a saucepan, add coffee, cocoa, vanilla sugar and icing sugar and mix well.
7. Spread the icing over the warm cake and sprinkle with coconut. (Check out the video for a trick here) Let cool completely and cut into squares.
