Hey what a lovely cocktail! I am not really a big rum fan but many people adore this drink on hot summer days! I was sipping some Rare Breed over a lovely clear block of ice last night! That is also a great summer sipper Christine! We grow our own mint in the summer and I love picking it to craft me and my friends a Mojito. But I must say, you must use Cuban Rum. It makes it so much better!

We have a huge patch of mojito mint as well. Going to have to throw one of these together some time soon, I love mojitos. Pretty sure I have all the ingredients around, but I've never made one at home. No idea why the heck not!
