    This is a simple solution for an unnecessary problem, I have same problem on my GX470 and this is easier to do than replace all five sensors. But if you don’t regularly check tire pressure, it’s better to have that light until you replace the sensors.

      You must have a pretty honest mechanic that you go to. Because in my area most mechanics would be at about $120 just in the cost of 2 of the sensors. So then add on the other 2 or 3 sensors. Thennn you also tack on the mount and balance of all the wheels as well(15-20 dollar bills). Then if you're a female they find other bogus expensive repairs to give your vehicle

      @@Lunas2525. So if I just ignore and place like a round dark sticker over the area where it flashes I should be good to go right, it will be just like an older car that doesn't have the stupid sensors right 🤔🤔🤔 my 2008 corolla just a few days ago after I filled up the tires because they were very low but light came on an hour later but tire pressure was fine, I tried resetting it but no luck, I'm running out of options and as long as is not mandatory to have this stupid thing working covering it seems like the better option, doing the procedure of this video is time consuming and risky.

      @awakeandalive4248 Před 2 lety

      Lol 😆🤣😂 before you remove anything know this from my experience with Camrys and now my 2008 corolla, I have learned that you can get a false check engine light and just recently 4 days ago the tire pressure light came on 30 minutes after inflating tires because they were a little low but light wasn't on so I put 33 psi of air about 3 psi higher than recommended, so after checking air pressure tires were fine but light was on so I watched several videos including one from this guy on a 2008 corolla just like mine on how to reset it and nothing worked light would blink for 90 seconds and then stay on solid so I decided I didn't want to purchased the sensors and just when I had a nice round piece of tape to place over the light, I get in my car and turned on the ignition but didn't start the car after a couple of seconds the light disappeared so I wonder if it would stay off after starting car and it did I'm a food delivery driver so I turned off and on the car several times and light never came on again, so I would suggest give it a week after you tried resetting it, don't start taking things apart and buying parts you don't need if it doesn't go away after a couple of weeks, put some tape like I was, ignore it or fix it, on the check engine light if you have obd2 scanner erase codes or disconnect negative battery cable if check engine light doesn't come back on after driving for one or 3 days check with obd 2 scanner to see if it completed all monitors and if everything is green you're good to go, there's various reasons that can cause a false positive check engine light to come on, too many to write down but I can give examples if anyone cares to know.
